Designed for uninterrupted operation, the G400 Select can be powered using IEEE 802.3af PoE, carrying power and data through one Ethernet cable, or connected to compatible 8-24 V AC/DC doorbell wiring. Built-in local AI recognises people and motion and allows custom intrusion zones, helping keep alerts relevant while processing key detection locally.

Use two-way audio and quick replies to manage visitors, record continuously to a compatible microSD card, and back up local footage to an SMB NAS. Integration with Aqara Home, Apple Home, Alexa, Google Home and SmartThings makes it easy to include the doorbell in a wider smart-home setup. IP65 weather resistance, a tamper alarm, Wi-Fi 6 and the included wireless chime make it a dependable choice for New Zealand homes.

• Works with Leading Smart-Home Platforms:View live video, receive doorbell notifications and use supported controls through Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Samsung SmartThings. HomeKit Secure Video is supported, while RTSP and ONVIF provide options for Home Assistant, NVR and more advanced installations.
• Connected Aqara Experience:Use the G400 Select alongside compatible Aqara smart locks, displays and automations to create a more convenient entrance. Privacy masking and voice-changing options provide added control when speaking with visitors or managing deliveries.
• Flexible Recording and Storage:Record continuously to a Class 10 microSD card of up to 512 GB and back up local recordings to an SMB NAS. A three-month HomeGuardian plan is included for access to compatible cloud-based detection and insights.
• Outdoor Ready and Tamper Aware:The IP65 enclosure is designed to resist dust and rain, with an operating range from -20°C to 50°C. A built-in tamper alarm can alert you if someone attempts to remove or interfere with the doorbell, while the included RF chime provides an audible alert inside the home.

Note:
1. Use either PoE or 8-24 V AC/DC power. The two power methods must not be connected at the same time.
2. Apple Home video is limited to 1200p and may be reduced further under poor network conditions. Connecting Apple Home can also limit the maximum Aqara Home stream resolution until HomeKit is disconnected.
3. HomeKit Secure Video requires a compatible Apple home hub and an iCloud+ plan.
4. HomeGuardian is a subscription service. A three-month plan is included and may activate automatically when the device is set up.
5. A microSD card is not included. Continuous recording, time-lapse recording and NAS backup require a compatible microSD card.
6. The G400 Select is a dedicated wired video doorbell and does not operate as an Aqara Zigbee hub or Matter Controller. Professional installation is recommended where new cabling or transformer work is required.
